Jan Philipp Czakert from the University of Barcelona presented the project Erasmus+ Project WORK-LIFE-FLOW this week to Organizational Psychology students.

For many, mastering a healthy work-life flow has become more challenging.
Especially for future occupational health practitioners, it is relevant to know influencing factors beyond individual values, skills, and competencies that are grounded in company cultures and processes, task management, etc.
